Who we are

Flornazzari is a Portuguese atelier of handcrafted amulets — one-of-a-kind pieces in crochet and resin with preserved natural flowers. Contact: [email protected].

Orders and payment

Every piece is unique and orders are placed by direct contact (WhatsApp, email or Instagram). We confirm availability, agree on payment (bank transfer or payment link) and shipping.

Prices shown do not include shipping costs, which are agreed during the order before any payment.

Returns

For distance purchases, EU consumers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, under the applicable law. Made-to-order or personalised pieces (such as sister pieces created on request) may be exempt under the legal terms.

In case of defect, the piece is repaired, replaced by a sister piece, or refunded.

Privacy (GDPR)

The data you send us (name, contact, shipping address) is used exclusively to answer and fulfil your order. We don't share it with third parties beyond shipping services, nor do we send marketing without your consent.

Testimonials submitted on the site are only published after approval and you may request their removal at any time. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
